Our procurement team is responsible for sourcing and purchasing the best quality, products, and services at the most competitive prices to enable our clients operate successfully.

Our procurement team is directly involved to ensure that the right materials are secured, at the right price and at the right quantity. They source for reliable suppliers, draft procurement contracts, negotiate and manage our pool of suppliers through the whole procurement process. They address issues relating to sustainability, risk management and ethical issues. We ensure that our clients have value for money, minimise waste, and attain maximum returns of their investments.

Our procurement team forecast levels of demand for services and products. They do that by building excellent customer service with our client to ascertain their needs. The procurement team also conduct research to source the best products and suppliers to get the best value, deliver on schedules and quality offerings. The team also run tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations which is based on commercial and technical factors. Our procurement team monitor quality of services provided by suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our team build and maintain good relationships with our customers and suppliers. The procurement team act as a liaison between our suppliers,manufacturers, internal teams (including supply chain, planning, marketing, sales) and our customers. They develop strategies to promote costs savings and supplier performance to improve.

Our team forecast price trends and their related impact on future activities. They also make market analysis to determine market growth opportunities. Our team keep us informed with trends and innovations as well as regulations and new technologies that may impact on the business.
